As I navigated through the recent tragedies of our family in December of 2021 and February of 2022, I had to learn some pretty major life lessons as a crash course, to simply survive.

One of the biggest struggles was discovering direction and re-discovering life’s purpose. In the course of my journey, I have met or recognized the same need in others.

In the fall of 2022, I made a giant leap and invested in myself. My daughter, Hannah, and myself both became members of The John Maxwell Certified Team. I would encourage you to research the extent of John Maxwell’s career. He is considered the Gold Standard of Leadership. He is an amazing author but most of all anointed, dedicated, servant of God.

I have learned no matter the season of life that you are in, we all can improve ourselves in the area of leadership. We lead our family, our jobs and communities - no matter if we admit it or not.
